We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist who genuinely enjoys connecting with patients, educating them, and practicing at a high clinical standard. We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Holds a current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Is warm, kind, and able to build lasting relationships with patients.
• Takes pride in being thorough, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Believes patient education is just as important as treatment.
• Enjoys collaborating with teammates and contributing to a positive office culture.
• Is curious, growth-minded, and excited to continue learning.
• Has an interest in functional dentistry, prevention, and airway wellness (experience is a plus, but we're happy to teach the right person).

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and documentation.
• Educate patients on oral-systemic health, home care, and disease prevention.
• Create personalized hygiene recommendations based on each patient's needs.
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit.
