About The Role The role owns the content engine for a well-funded B2B technology company: turning complex technical products into blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and web copy that drive organic growth and support sales. The role owns the content engine for a well-funded B2B technology company: turning complex technical products into blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and web copy that drive organic growth and support sales. You will lead SEO strategy, manage freelance and internal writers, and work directly with product marketing and demand-gen teams to make content a measurable pipeline channel — not just a publishing calendar. Key Responsibilities Own the editorial calendar across blog, whitepapers, case studies, email nurture, and sales enablement content Develop and execute an SEO strategy: keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization, and internal linking in Ahrefs or Semrush Write and edit high-impact assets — landing pages, technical explainers, and customer stories — for both practitioner and executive audiences Manage a network of freelance writers and editors; brief, review, and ship content on deadline Partner with demand-gen to build gated assets that fuel lead capture and nurture campaigns Measure and report content performance: organic traffic, rankings, MQLs sourced, and pipeline influence, using GA4 and HubSpot Interview SMEs and product teams to translate technical concepts into clear, credible marketing content What We Are Looking For 4-7 years in content marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or technology Deep SEO expertise: technical SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy, and experience improving organic rankings at scale Portfolio of published work demonstrating strong writing across formats (blog, long-form, web copy) Hands-on with CMS (WordPress or similar), GA4, Search Console, and a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo) Experience briefing and editing freelance writers and managing production timelines Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: experience with product-led growth content, developer/technical audiences, or AI writing tools integrated into a real workflow #J-18808-Ljbffr
