Kitter / Warehouse Associate

Join a growing team building and preparing parts kits for some of the world's largest mining trucks. If you have experience in warehouse work, material handling, picking/packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, assembly, or production, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and kit parts and accessories according to detailed checklists.
• Count, sort, label, and package hoses, bolts, lights, and other components.
• Prepare orders for shipment by ensuring all parts and quantities are accurate.
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient work area.
• Use basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all kits are complete and ready for shipment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, assembly, shipping/receiving, distribution, or inventory environment preferred.
• Comfortable counting, organizing, and handling parts with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and checklists.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Experience with material handling equipment, inventory control, packing, or kitting is a plus, but not required.
• Mechanically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport News, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
