Technical Director

Green Key Resources is partnering with a highly respected, award-winning interior architecture and design firm to identify an Associate Director | Interior Architecture & Design for its growing Miami studio. Our client is a boutique design practice recognized for delivering exceptional hospitality, luxury residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and workplace environments throughout the United States. This is a confidential search for a hands‑on technical leader who will help grow the Miami office while balancing design excellence, project management, BIM leadership, operations, and team development. Responsibilities Lead hospitality, multifamily, mixed‑use, and luxury residential interior architecture projects from concept through construction. Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, consultant coordination, and project delivery. Serve as the technical leader for Revit/BIM standards and documentation quality. Mentor and develop the Miami design team while helping grow the office. Partner with executive leadership to ensure design excellence and operational success. Build client relationships and support business development efforts. Oversee studio operations, resource planning, and workflow improvements. Lead client presentations and consultant coordination. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture. 10+ years of professional experience in Interior Architecture. Experience leading hospitality, multifamily, luxury residential, or mixed‑use projects. NCIDQ certification and/or Registered Architect (RA) license preferred. Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong BIM management experience. Proven experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and client management skills.
