Contract Process Excellence Improvements Ba

Business analyst will manage successful delivery of solutions for Information Technology, specifically Process Excellence improvements. Including identifying gaps within Process Excellence by creating solutions for scalable and repeatable processes across IT organization.

Major Responsibilities:

• Establish working relationships across the IT organization to foster process improvements with understanding of ITSM fundamentals.
• Proactively learn IT products/services to better serve the IT user community.
• Manage small to medium scaled projects through project management lifecycle to achieve successful implementation.
• Prepare project deliverables including but not limited to scope documents, business requirements, project plan, test plans, communication plans and lessons learned.
• Keeps project stakeholders informed of project's status, risk and issues, leveraging effective tools such as project status reports, meeting minutes, and face to face meetings.
• Conduct business analysis to understand and define requirements for IT projects
• Identify and manage risks. Recognize issues and proactively create ways to mitigate their impact
• Identify gaps in processes and ways to better align IT to industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years' work experience with process re-engineering or ITSM (change, incident, and problem management processes).
• ITIL v3 or v4 certified.
• Experience in quantifying data (i.e. excel, access) and report findings in a comprehensible format.
• Working front end knowledge of ServiceNow suite.
• Extreme attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
