In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges.This position is well-suited for an LCSW who values meaningful clinical work, clear structure, and the ability to support clients from a remote setting. You will help clients build coping skills, work through personal challenges, and make steady progress toward their treatment goals.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platformComplete biopsychosocial assessments and gather relevant clinical historyCreate treatment plans based on each client's goals, needs, and presenting concernsMaintain timely progress notes and clinical documentation in the required systemSupport clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitionsMonitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriateFollow HIPAA standards and professional ethics for remote mental health servicesParticipate in clinical updates, case discussions, or team communication as needed
