Front Desk Receptionist- Scottsdale, AZ!

Vaco is currently assisting a client in their search for a Receptionist in their Scottsdale AZ office! This Receptionist will sit at the front desk, greet visitors, and answer phones. This is a contract to hire position that is fully onsite and hiring immediately. This position pays up to $25 per hour depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Provide basic information to clients, customers, and guests Maintain records, logs, and filing systems (both digital and physical) Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and filing Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Skill in oral and written communications Ability to plan, coordinate, analyze, and establish priorities; develop effective operating procedures Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management in person, via email, and over the phone Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
