Sales Executive (Work From Home)

Role & responsibilities: Connect with working professionals and understand their career goals, challenges, and requirements. Explain and offer relevant career support and interview preparation services based on the candidates needs. Build strong rapport and maintain professional communication with prospective clients. Consistently follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments/sales. Achieve monthly revenue generation targets and performance KPIs assigned by the company. Maintain a minimum daily talk time of 120 minutes. Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and sales updates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience. Stay updated about company offerings, industry trends, and client expectations. Preferred candidate profile: Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Career Counseling, EdTech Sales, is preferred. Strong verbal communication and convincing skills. Comfortable working in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment. Confident while interacting with professionals over calls and virtual meetings. Self-motivated individuals who are passionate about achieving targets and earning uncapped incentives. Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals professionally.
