What You\'ll Own This role is much more than managing a warehouse. You\'ll become the operational heartbeat behind our installation and service departments. Logistics & Planning Stage materials for daily installation and service crews Coordinate deliveries, vendor pickups, and inventory transfers Anticipate material shortages before they affect customers Ensure every technician starts the day prepared Inventory & Purchasing Maintain inventory accuracy above 98% Oversee receiving, cycle counts, and stock replenishment Manage truck stock and warehouse inventory Work with purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels Reduce waste, shrinkage, and unnecessary spending Operations & Process Improvement Improve warehouse layout and workflow Build systems that improve efficiency and accountability Track tools, fleet equipment, and company assets Identify bottlenecks and recommend better ways of operating Help create a warehouse that is organized, predictable, and scalable Success Looks Like Technicians never waste time looking for materials Installation crews leave prepared every morning Inventory is accurate and easy to manage Vendors know ECI is organized and professional The warehouse is clean, efficient, and safe Problems are solved before they become emergencies We\'re Looking For Someone Who Naturally thinks like an operations manager Enjoys planning and logistics Loves creating systems and improving processes Takes ownership instead of making excuses Stays calm under pressure Has exceptional organizational skills Communicates well with field teams and office staff Wants to continuously learn and improve Leads by example If people describe you as dependable, organized, proactive, and someone who always figures things out, you\'ll probably fit in well here. Preferred Experience Warehouse management or operations leadership HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, industrial supply, or distribution experience Inventory management systems or ERP software Forklift experience Strong computer skills Valid driver\'s license Ability to lift 50 lbs.
