Growth Product Manager, AI-Driven Software Factory

Factory is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own our activation strategy and the self-serve product offering. You will align across engineering, marketing, BizOps, and deployment to drive adoption for both self-serve and enterprise deployments.
You’ll need a strong product and technical background, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a track record of shipping high-impact features in a fast-moving environment. The role is based in San Francisco, with a hands-on, high-ownership approach.
