Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. (Client-required) Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. (Client-preferred) Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to assignment is required for new travelers. Agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and completion of at least one shift. (Client-required) Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Schedule Notes: Clinic schedule may include open 4x10s and requires availability for two evenings per week until 7:30 PM. Clinic hours vary Monday–Friday with some evenings covered. Duration: Assignment duration typically 13 to 26 weeks. Productivity Expectation: Approximately 55–63 patients per week.
