Sales Associate

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join a growing boutique retail environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, children's products, customer service, and community-focused retail. The successful candidate will help create a welcoming shopping experience while supporting store operations, merchandising, and digital engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, authentic, and personalized customer experience.
• Develop strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
• Maintain sales floor presentation, merchandising standards, and inventory replenishment.
• Execute opening and closing store procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and product uploads within the POS system.
• Support social media initiatives, customer engagement, and social commerce efforts.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and business goals.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and community-oriented store environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service, fashion, lifestyle, or children's products.
• Positive, friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable using POS systems, email, spreadsheets, and other retail technology.
• Interest in social media, merchandising, and brand storytelling is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
