Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding. Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Requirements Valid LNA certification in New Hampshire. Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
