Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon | Partnership Track | No ER Call

Location: Tupelo, MS Job Type: Private Practice (Physician-Led Platform) Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery – Foot & Ankle Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center (MSMOC) is seeking a Fellowship-trained Foot & Ankle Surgeon to step into a high-volume, turnkey practice in Tupelo, MS. This is a rare opportunity to join a premier, physician-led group that balances the autonomy of private practice with the robust infrastructure of a multi-site orthopedic powerhouse. With a 2-year track to partnership, a manageable 1:5 referred-only call schedule, and an established NP support team, this role is designed for a surgeon who wants to focus on elite patient care and long-term financial growth. As an incoming Foot & Ankle Surgeon at our Tupelo flagship location, you will inherit a thriving patient base and an established referral network that spans North Mississippi. You will diagnose and treat a diverse range of conditions—from complex reconstructive surgery to sports-related injuries—within a collaborative environment featuring five orthopedic surgeons and a dedicated mid-level support team. Our practice utilizes ModMed EMR to streamline clinical workflows, allowing you to maximize your time in the OR and clinic. You will have access to the North Mississippi Ambulatory Surgery Center and North Mississippi Medical Center-Tupelo (the largest non-metropolitan hospital in the U.S.), ensuring efficient block time and access to high-acuity cases without the burden of Level I trauma requirements. Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery with a completed Fellowship in Foot & Ankle Surgery. Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Mississippi medical license. Open to experienced surgeons or 2025/2026 graduates. Must possess exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered philosophy. Please note, we are unable to sponsor J-1 or H-1B visas at this time.
