Role Description The Youth Program Coordinator is a part-time position (with opportunity to grow into a full time position) on-site position in Fox Point, WI. This role oversees children's and teen programs, recruits and supports volunteers, communicates with families, coordinates program logistics, and helps create meaningful, inclusive experiences for participants. Qualifications Experience working with children, teens, or volunteers Passion for disability inclusion and community building Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively Comfortable with basic technology (email, spreadsheets, databases) Flexible for occasional evenings and weekends Experience in education, nonprofit, recreation, or human services preferred Degree or relevant experience in education, social work, human services, or a related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
