Interviews will focus on Technical Program Management experience, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and technical understanding of software development, APIs, platform services, and cloud technologies.

Education:
• Bachelor'sDegreeisrelatedareaorequivalentexperience.

TechnicalProgramManagers
Decomposesproblemsintocoherentunitsofwork(ideation/conceptualizationtoexecution).Organizesforoptimaldelivery.Negotiatespriorities,facilitatesprogress,identifiesblockers,andraisesvisibilityofissuestothemanager.
Securesresources,scopesefforts,outlinespriorities,andestablishesdeliverymilestones
Plans,executes,anddeliversprojectsfrominceptiontocompletionrelatedtoaknowntechnology,product,orprogram.Describesandmaintainstheintegratedplanthataccountsforinternal/externaldependencies,differingdeliveryapproaches,numerousconstraints,andcontingencyforunplanneddelays.
Proactivelymanagestheend-to-enddeliveryofengineeringworkthroughtheorganizationandalldependentorganizations,reportingonprogress,ensuringdependenciesarecovered,overseeingthegapsbetweenteams,processes,andsystems,whileremovingallblockingissuesleadingtoasuccessfuldelivery.Figureoutthesequencingoftheworksothatengineeringexecutioncanbeoptimized.
Worksacrossteams.Activelymanagesdependenciesanddrivespartnerstomeetprogramgoals.Mayinfluencevendorsandexternalpartners.
Getssharedunderstandingandbuy-inforthesolutionbydescribingwhatisbeingdoneandwhyitisimpactfultoClientandourcustomers.Utilizescommunicationsasapreventivecontrol.Putstherightpeopleintheroomoronathreadandgivesthemtherightdatatodrivedecisions.Runseffectivemeetings.Buildsconsensusanddocumentsdecisions.Communicationsdonotrequireinterpretation/follow-upclarificationstounderstand.
Hasexperienceinandunderstandsindustrytechnologies.Understandstheirprogram,product,orTechnologydomain.Sufficientdepth/credibilitytobeeffectivewiththeteamstheyworkwith.Cancompetentlyrepresenttheteam'sservicestostakeholdersandotherteams.MayneedtobringdevelopersorSMEstomeetingstotalkaboutthedetails.
Programstrategydefined.Getguidancefrompeersand/oryourmanagerasyourampintothespaceandbuildyourtechnicalanddomainexpertise.Deliversindependentlybutwilloccasionallyseekdirectionfrompeers/managers.
Optimizespreviouslydefinedapproachesforateamorlimitedarea.Candemonstrateimprovementsusingdata.Utilizesdepartmentmechanisms(i.e.,retrospectives,staffmeetings,statusmeetings)todescribeanddrivecontinuousimprovements.
