Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable professional for a company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, youll support front-office operations while assisting with accounts receivable functions to help maintain accurate financial data and ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. Schedule: Day shift | MondayFriday | (hours not specified)

Job Type: Full-time

What Youll Do as an Administrative / Accounts Receivable:

Perform accounts receivable data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation
Utilize QuickBooks for accounts receivable functions and data management
Monitor outstanding balances and support follow-up activities
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Greet visitors and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression
Complete general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document organization

What You Need to Bring to the Administrative / Accounts Receivable Role:

Previous experience in accounts receivable or administrative support preferred
Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Friendly, customer-focused, and organized
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
