Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Pay: $21$26 per hour, based on experience
Shift: 3rd Shift Additional $2/hour shift differential
Location: New Eagle, PA
Mancan Staffing is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor for an industrial manufacturing facility in New Eagle, PA! We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and manufacturing experience to oversee production operations and lead a team of approximately 12 employees.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and support approximately 12 full-time and contract employees during third shift.
Maximize production output and labor efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct safety training and ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
Monitor production rates, product quality, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
Set daily housekeeping goals and drive continuous improvement.
Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products as needed.
Train employees and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Identify and correct unsafe practices, production deficiencies, and process inefficiencies.
Provide coaching, resolve conflicts, and support employee development.
Communicate production adjustments and operational needs to the Production Manager and Scheduler.
Operate material-handling equipment as needed and assist with opening or closing the facility.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing, contracting, forklift, Bobcat, or related industrial experience required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment.
Willingness to work overtime as needed and accommodate occasional schedule adjustments.
