- Handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an overall positive experience.
- The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, stay organized, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups or customer outreach
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Must be able to pass a background check
