Clinic Coordinator
Pay: $23/hour*
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Performance bonuses available based on monthly clinic benchmarks.

Role Overview:
As the Clinic Coordinator, you will facilitate day-to-day operations at iv&co. You will coordinate scheduling, oversee inventory, ensure smooth patient flow, and support the clinical team in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily nurse & staff schedules and communicate updates.
• Manage inventory levels.
• Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle appointment booking, patient follow-up, and general communication.
• Maintain a well-organized, efficient front of house and support staff operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs. Self-directed and autonomous
• Prior experience in a clinic or wellness setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong Computer and Electronic Medical Records knowledge and navigation skills

Bonus Structure:

• Additional bonus awarded if monthly clinic revenue exceeds set benchmarks. Details to be discussed during the interview.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of two years of customer service, administrative, medical office, hospitality, or coordination experience preferred.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.

Professional, friendly, and compassionate communication skills.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs.

Dependable, punctual, and self motivated.

Able to work independently while also collaborating with a small team.

Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think ahead.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Must be comfortable adapting to change and helping improve clinic processes.

Medical office or healthcare experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
