Job Requirements Assure the health, safety, and well-being of all clients Administer positive behavioral redirection and encourage self-coping mechanisms Assist with daily living activities as needed based on care plans Assist with food preparation and cleaning as needed Maintain positive relationships with clients, guardians, and staff Complete daily logs and report inconsistencies Open Interviews with Homes for Independent Living: Date: Every Wednesday Time: 9:00am-1:00pm Location: 1249 Russet Ct. Green Bay WI 54313 Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles and with dressing and grooming Bathe patients Care for patients by changing bed linens, washing and ironing laundry, cleaning, or assisting with their personal care Entertain, converse with, or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert Provide patients and families with emotional support and instruction in areas such as caring for infants, preparing healthy meals, living independently, or adapting to disability or illness Accompany clients to doctors' offices or on other trips outside the home, providing transportation, assistance, and companionship Change dressings * * * * * Other Experience and Qualifications 18 years of age or older Compassion for client care and wellbeing Ability to prioritize multiple duties and responsibilities Consent to background check Driver's license with 3 years of clean driving record preferred not required * * * * * #J-18808-Ljbffr Disability Network Washtenaw Monroe Livingston
