We are seeking enthusiastic Event Promotions Associates to represent our charitable clients at community events, fundraising campaigns, and promotional activations throughout the area.

No previous experience in marketing, charity events, fundraising, public relations, or promotions is required. We provide comprehensive training designed to help entry-level candidates develop professional skills in event marketing, communication, donor engagement, and leadership development .

Event Promotions Associate Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations at community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives
• Engage with the public to increase awareness and support for important causes
• Communicate the mission, goals, and impact of charitable partners in a professional and engaging manner
• Build positive relationships with community members, supporters, and event attendees
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and campaign strategy discussions
• Assist with the execution of outreach campaigns and fundraising initiatives

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, event marketing, promotions, or community outreach is a plus
