As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Officer in El Paso, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a busy retail shopping location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for someone with a valid driver’s license who values teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture while supporting a welcoming environment for guests, tenants, and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related policies.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help observe visitor activity, report concerns, and assist with crowd flow during busy shopping periods and special events.
• Provide visible unarmed presence and assist with de-escalation, directions, and general assistance while following Allied Universal standards and client site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
