Job Title: Patient Registrar Location: East Mesa, AZ (FLOAT) Industry: Healthcare / Hospital Services Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Job Description The Patient Registrar will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring accurate registration, exceptional customer service, and efficient front‑desk operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth patient flow and supporting emergency department operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner Register patients at the front desk and within the emergency department Verify, collect, and update patient demographic information Obtain required signatures and ensure completion of all registration documentation Enter and update patient information within the electronic tracking system Maintain accuracy while working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computer systems and learning new technology Ability to remain calm, professional, and friendly in stressful situations Confident handling patient interactions and resolving concerns respectfully Must be open to floating to different locations in the East Valley Must be open to working afternoons and/or overnights Must be open to working weekends Additional Details Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability Start Date: ASAP System Used: Cerner Work Environment: Professional, collaborative, and supportive Perks Different shifts and locations Opportunity to gain hospital and emergency department experience Supportive team environment Potential for long‑term employment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
