This position involves both nursery and yard responsibilities, including watering plants, helping customers, and operating equipment. Key Responsibilities: Water, prune, and maintain plants, trees, and shrubs. Assist customers with plant selection and care advice. Load and unload materials, including assisting customers with purchases. Operate forklifts or other equipment to move products (training provided). Keep the nursery, yard, and warehouse clean and organized. Inspect plants for pests and disease. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Prior nursery, yard, or landscaping experience preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Schedule & Pay: Seasonal position with full-time or part-time options.
