Job Overview Law firm seeks a Tax Associate with a demonstrated interest in tax practice. This position offers flexibility in location, allowing candidates to work from various office locations. Duties Engage in tax practice with a focus on pass-through entities and corporate matters. Contribute to federal tax controversy cases. Utilize strong writing and communication skills in legal documentation. Requirements Experience or coursework in pass-through entity and corporate tax. Solid law firm experience. Superb writing and communication skills. Federal tax controversy experience is a plus. CPA background is strongly encouraged. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. LL.M in Tax is a plus. Certifications CPA certification is advantageous. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
