Member Experience Specialist
UFCU Financial Services, LLC
UFCU is seeking a Member Services Representative I to serve as the primary contact for Member inquiries by telephone, with an emphasis on service excellence. The role requires at least 50% in-person work at our Headquarters in Austin, working Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and every other Saturday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. A strong customer-service background is essential.
