Required Experience & Certifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience
• Active CA RN License
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS & PALS (AHA or American Red Cross only)
• EPIC and Cerner experience required within the last 5 years
• Must have worked with both EMRs as an employee or successful traveler
• Must be comfortable using Cerner independently during the EMR transition

• 1 recent Evaluation
• All active certifications
• Candidate profile must show both EPIC and Cerner experience with the EMR listed next to each facility in work history
• Full legal name (including middle name, if applicable)
• No unexplained employment gaps greater than 30 days

Assignment Highlights

• EPIC test-out available (with refresher if needed)
• Cerner refresher modules available prior to start
• Auto-offer eligible (manager review may still apply)

• Must be ready to hit the ground running with minimal EMR assistance
