Job Summary:

Experienced Welders – Multiple Openings

We are hiring experienced welders for multiple openings across steel, aluminum, MIG/TIG, and robotic welding. Candidates will perform quality welding and fabrication work while following blueprints, measurements, safety procedures, and production standards. Positions may vary based on experience and skill level, with opportunities available for welders with different backgrounds and specialties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and aluminum
• Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed
• Perform basic grinding, fitting, and fabrication
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Meet production and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous welding experience preferred
• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding
• Experience welding steel and/or aluminum
• Robotic welding experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or welding drawings
• Ability to use basic measuring tools and welding equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production standards
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Welding certifications are a plus, but not required for all positions
