This employee is responsible for performing mechanical and electrical repairs and carrying out Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform entry to mid‑level break‑fix and preventative maintenance, including adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments to sustain and improve operations, repairing or replacing defective parts, and reconditioning or repairing machine tools. Identify needed parts, supplies, and repair items. Provide support and back up for other members of the department as needed by leadership. Stay aware of Maintenance Industry Standards. Ensure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards. Participate in Continuous Improvement activities – processes, results, and cost savings. May be required to set up and operate simple machining operations, including drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform basic welding tasks. Update records and review IQMS (ERP System) history. Perform basic troubleshooting of control systems circuitry. Complete technical self‑study programs for career development. Follow all safety–related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines; maintain situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions. Requirements On‑site: This role is required to be on‑site 5 days at the Denver, CO location. Qualifications High School diploma or GED Associate’s degree with technical focus preferred Compensation Expected pay range: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour, in compliance with all state and city pay transparency requirements. Compensation can vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for additional incentives such as equity, commission, or other variable performance‑related bonuses.
