Vehicle Technician

Our client, an innovative leader in vehicle maintenance and engineering support, is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be an integral part of the Base Operations supporting fleet readiness and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $46–$53/hr (based on experience and interview performance)

What's the Job?

• Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road usage.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure fleet readiness.
• Coordinate repair processes and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Create diagnostic test plans and maintain detailed service records.
• Maintain shop facilities, tools, and inventory to ensure an efficient work environment.

What's Needed?

• Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of technician experience in a related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, honesty, and responsibility.
