Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry Specialty Brick, NJ. This position involves providing patient-centered care on a neuro/telemetry unit, with responsibilities including evaluating patients, assisting physicians, and developing individualized care plans. It is a full-time role operating on a rotating shift schedule.

Job Details

• Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ASN degree from an accredited school of nursing; current New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license; BLS from the American Heart Association; NIH Stroke Scale certification; Telemetry certification or competency exam; minimum of 2 years recent telemetry experience; all inpatient unit nursing skills including Foley catheter management, IV therapy, etc.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Responsibilities include performing therapeutic nursing interventions, managing patient care, assessing and prioritizing needs, documenting according to standards, and supporting evidence-based practice.
• Schedule notes: Schedule includes evening and night shifts with rotating coverage, 36 hours weekly.
