Job Overview A law firm seeks a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate to join its Boise, ID office. The ideal candidate will engage in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and more, contributing to a dynamic legal team. Duties Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. Assist in strategic partnerships and cross-border transactions. Engage in private equity and venture capital investments. Support takeover defense and fund formation activities. Requirements Three to five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Experience with private companies and venture capital investments. Idaho bar admission or eligibility for admission. Strong communication and writing skills. Top academic credentials. Education JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Idaho bar admission or ability to obtain. Skills Excellent legal research and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
