PCR Lab Leader: Microbiology & PGx Operations
Ethos Labs
Ethos Labs is seeking a PCR Supervisor to lead the Microbiology department, overseeing PCR Specialists and PGx testing workflows. You will ensure accurate patient reports, compliant documentation, and ongoing process improvements in instrumentation and testing methods. The role requires a BS in a relevant field with 4+ years of PGx experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MALDI-TOF and laboratory software.
