Staff Infrastructure Engineer

As a pivotal technical leader within the Observability team, the full-time Staff Infrastructure Engineer will architect and implement scalable telemetry platforms while mentoring engineers and ensuring the reliability of critical systems in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Architect and implement robust telemetry platforms for efficient feature deployment and monitoring Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus Collaborate with engineering teams to define platform requirements and drive operational efficiency across cloud environments Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering Proven expertise in managing enterprise-grade observability stacks using tools like Prometheus and Grafana Experience with cloud-native infrastructure design in AWS or GCP, including Kubernetes management Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible U.S. Citizenship and ability to work in a government-regulated environment
