Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional, particularly in special education settings, is preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to student development
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students in both classroom environments and 1:1 settings
- Assist special education teachers with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Help students with daily activities and social interaction
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to promote learning and personal growth
- Maintain confidentiality and support the diverse needs of students at various grade levels
