Our Home Care team is led by a Registered Nurse (RN), who provides clinical oversight and support to our caregivers.We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are comfortable working independently. Because we serve clients throughout the Twin Cities with different care needs and shift times, we can work with caregivers who have a variety of schedules, and we work to match you with opportunities that fit your availability.We have home care clients throughout the Twin Cities metro area, including many in Edina. Contact us to ask about openings near you.What You'll DoDepending on the client's individualized care plan, your day may include:Providing companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagementAssisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingHelping with mobility and transfersPreparing meals and assisting with eatingProviding medication remindersLight housekeeping and laundryProviding transportation or assistance with errandsFollowing individualized care plans and documenting care accuratelyObserving and reporting changes in a client's conditionWhat We're Looking ForPrevious one-on-one caregiving or home care experience preferredExperience supporting people with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, hospice, or other complex care needs is a plusComfortable working independently and following detailed care instructionsStrong communication and engagement skillsComfortable providing personal care to both female and male clientsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsValid driver's licenseFluent in English with strong written documentation skillsWe welcome both experienced caregivers and those who are newer to professional caregiving and ready to learn.Training & SupportCaregivers receive paid, in-person training with our experienced team, along with hands-on, client-specific training in the client's home. Our RN-led Home Care team provides ongoing oversight and support so caregivers have the information and guidance they need to provide confident, high-quality care.We believe in caring for the caregiver.
