Unit Manager (RN) | $120,000–$135,000/Year | Edmonds Post Acute Edmonds, WA | Full-Time | Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Edmonds Post Acute is hiring an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team on our unit. You'll oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nurses and CNAs, and make sure every patient gets safe, high-quality care during their recovery. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day nursing operations on your assigned unit, making sure care is safe, effective, and patient-centered Supervise, coach, and support licensed nurses, CNAs, and other unit staff Monitor resident conditions and care plans, and step in on complex clinical situations Ensure care plans are accurate, current, and followed, in partnership with the interdisciplinary team Coordinate with physicians, therapy, social services, and families on resident care and discharge planning Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance Track quality indicators such as falls, infections, wounds, and rehospitalizations, and lead improvement efforts Support new admissions and make sure incoming residents are assessed and settled promptly Participate in staffing, scheduling, and staff evaluations for the unit Help prepare for state surveys and maintain compliance with federal and Washington State regulations Train and orient new nursing staff on policies, procedures, and best practices Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team Report to and partner closely with the Director of Nursing Why Work at Edmonds Post Acute Leadership role with real impact on patient outcomes and team culture Competitive pay of $120,000–$135,000 per year, based on experience Locally managed facility where your input is heard and acted on Supportive DON and leadership team that invests in your growth Clear path for advancement into senior nursing leadership Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Employee assistance program Growth and advancement opportunities What You'll Need Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (or ability to obtain) At least 2 years of RN experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care Supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of care planning, MDS, and state and federal SNF regulations Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Proficiency with electronic health records (PointClickCare experience a plus) Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a calm, solutions-focused approach Current CPR/BLS certification Edmonds Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
