- **Required Experience**: Prior IR (Interventional Radiology) experience required; Neuro IR experience highly preferred. - **Licensure**: Wisconsin Radiographer License (WI Radiographer License). - **Certifications**: BLS (Basic Life Support), ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). - **Technical Skills**: EPIC experience. - **Professional Credentials**: Ascension Education Verification, Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding requirements. - **Health and Safety**: Compliance with personal health history requirements such as MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and others specified for onboarding. - **Professional Documents**: Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, Ascension 2 Professional References, Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, and others as specified for submission and onboarding.
