Production Supervisor

We are dedicated to quality, sustainability, and the success of our employees. We're seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee employees and activities in our rice manufacturing facility. This role is key to ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily production line activities and ensure on-time start-ups.
- Supervise and support production employees throughout the shift.
- Maintain and enforce productivity, reliability, and accuracy standards.
- Monitor production results, material usage, waste, and downtime.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to meet and maintain product standards.
- Identify and resolve equipment or production issues quickly and effectively.
- Train, coach, motivate, reward, and discipline employees as needed.
- Assist the Production Manager with staffing, scheduling, timecards, and overtime management.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety and company policies.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve production-related challenges.
- Stay knowledgeable on all operating systems in the work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a modern food manufacturing facility.
- Strong knowledge of production practices and procedures.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate employees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Commitment to excellence, quality, and safety.
- Basic competence in performing subordinates' duties when needed.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
