Jim Barnard Chevrolet is hiring an Auto Body Technician to join our tight-knit, professional team. We're a family-owned dealership with over 53 years of stability, a loyal customer base, and a reputation for treating our technicians with respect.
This is not a high-pressure, revolving-door shop. We offer steady work, a clean facility, flexible pay plans, and a true 40-hour, weekday scheduleno weekends.

What You'll Do
- Perform minor to major collision repairs
- Tear down and inspect vehicles accurately
- Develop and follow proper repair plans
- Work with a team that communicates and supports each other
- Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Deliver workmanship you can be proud of
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient
- Properly use and maintain all tools and equipment
What We're Looking For
- Collision repair experience or formal training
- Strong mechanical and body repair background
- Solid time management and attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to meet customer expectations without shop chaos
- I-CAR and ASE certifications a plus
- Valid, clean driver's license
- Willing to complete background check & drug screen
