Senior D365 Solution Architect – Field Service Contract-to-Hire (4–6 Months) | $75/hr W-2 | Onsite in Annapolis, MD Build the Field Service Platform Behind a High-Growth Renewable Energy Business. We’re partnering with a rapidly growing renewable energy organization that is investing heavily in technology, operations, and customer experience as it scales nationwide. Following a recent acquisition by a major enterprise parent company, the business is preparing for significant growth and is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service as a core platform to support that expansion. This is an opportunity to lead a greenfield D365 Field Service implementation that will initially support 150–200 field users and ultimately scale into a national platform supporting a rapidly expanding workforce. The organization is seeking a hands‑on Solution Architect who can own the full lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, adoption, and long-term optimization. Responsibilities include designing a scalable platform that will become foundational to the company’s future growth and working directly with executive leadership, business stakeholders, sales operations, and technical teams.
