Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday-Friday

What You'll Do:
- Fabricate and assemble metal components while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Perform clean, accurate welds and inspect finished work for quality and appearance.
- Measure and verify parts using templates, straightedges, and other measuring tools to ensure specifications are met.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean, organized work area.
- Work independently or collaborate with a small team on larger fabrication projects.
- ⏱ Manage workflow, meet production deadlines, and troubleshoot fabrication issues as needed.
- Remove welding slag, inspect completed welds, and ensure a professional finished product.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Previous welding experience
- Ability to pass a hands-on weld test
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to read measurements and follow specifications
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Team player who can also work independently
