JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a passionate Staff Physical Therapist to join our growing team in a full-time, benefited role. This opportunity is ideal for a new graduate or a clinician with a few years of experience who has a strong interest in manual therapy, strength training, and evidence-based care. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions using a blend of manual therapy, strength training, and evidence-based rehabilitation strategies. Evaluate patients' musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional needs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Actively collaborate with colleagues, referring providers, and support staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Engage in ongoing clinical education and stay updated on best practices in orthopedic physical therapy. Take part in mentorship and supervision of physical therapy students and assistants, including providing timely feedback and participating in clinical instruction. Participate in at least one external continuing education course or professional development event annually. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Participate in regular staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and educational seminars. Contribute to practice visibility and patient engagement by collaborating with our marketing team on occasional media campaigns (e.g., bio, area of specialty, featured therapist content). Be available for occasional Saturday shifts (1–2 times/month) based on clinic needs and with advanced notice. FUNCTIONS The applicant must be able to perform the physical requirements as listed, including but not limited to: Lift and carry up to 50lbs from floor to waist for up to 10ft independently. Jog, run, jump, squat, hinge, lunge, push, and pull to demonstrate exercises. Stand or sit unassisted for up to 1 hour at a time.
