Guaranteed Hours: TBD Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Licensure: Valid State License - Compact license required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Years of Experience: 2 years preferred
• Patient Ratio Experience: 3 patients
• Charting System Experience: Required (Epic)
• Community Hospital Experience: Required
• LTAC and Trauma Level Experience: Preferred
• Skills: BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, central line management, triage

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patient status and report any changes to the medical team.
• Implement appropriate interventions to promote patient health.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge planning.
