Bilingual Spanish Mortgage Customer Service Representative LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Albuquerque, NM to hire on a contract basis a Bilingual Spanish Mortgage Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry, proficiency with MSP Mortgage software, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to mortgage clients via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to mortgage servicing. Utilize MSP Mortgage software to access, update, and manage customer accounts. Research and resolve account discrepancies, payment issues, and servicing questions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry (required) and fluency in Spanish. Proficiency with MSP Mortgage software (required) Experience speaking with customers over the phone (required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
