We offer our team marvelous benefits and flexible schedules as well as a positive work environment RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE REGISTERED NURSE (RN)Planning, directing and organizing services of Nursing Facility in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelinesProvide hiring, evaluation, training and consistent oversight of caregivers and work assignmentsAssist with Internal and External marketing and events to meet occupancy goalsAbility to build effective working relationships and a positive team atmosphere with people of all backgroundsPossess initiative, good judgment and leadership ability to work well with the community, residents, families and staffPossess understanding and compassion for the elderly population QUALIFICATIONS FOR REGISTERED NURSE (RN)Graduate of a state board approved RN programCurrently licensed as a RN in the state of IowaExperience with long-term care programsOne year of supervisory experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHeart for working with the elderlyCan you build and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and clients?
