Responsibilities: Safely transport hazardous materials in compliance with DOT and federal HazMat regulations Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs Follow proper loading, unloading, and securement procedures for hazardous cargo Maintain accurate shipping documents, manifests, and HazMat placarding requirements Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel during deliveries Respond appropriately to spills, incidents, or emergencies in accordance with safety protocols Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic and transportation laws Requirements: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HazMat endorsement required Must pass TSA HazMat background check and meet all federal eligibility requirements Previous experience driving and transporting hazardous materials preferred Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HazMat handling procedures Ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety Excellent time management and communication skills About Us: RNG Transportation LLC is a trusted transportation provider based in Hamilton, MI, committed to delivering safe, efficient, and compliant logistics solutions.
