Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Delivering automated solutions for software processes, the full-time Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer will plan, organize, and coordinate testing activities to ensure successful project deployment while working remotely from Louisiana. Key responsibilities Design and execute QA tests for various software applications, identifying bugs and quality issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality needs are met Provide training and mentorship to junior team members while maintaining quality assurance processes and standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management, or equivalent experience Seven years of related quality assurance testing experience, including automated testing and database technologies Hands-on experience with Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps and mobile testing is preferred Experience leading multiple projects with distributed teams is advantageous Certifications in software quality or technical equivalents are preferred
