Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Nurse Practitioner with experience treating high acuity patient population. Nurse Practitioner treats in clinic and home visits; wound care, chronic illness, ventilators and conditions including gut & digestive health, optimal aging, weight management, women's health, hypothyroidism, mycotoxin/mold illness and Lyme disease.

Excellent for a NP who works independently treating 23 patients per day. Provider maintains patient schedule Mon–Thurs, supplemental schedule: Friday and Sundays are reserved for 2-3 hours limited to emergencies only where there are no days off. Schedule is flexible due to observation of several religious holidays with additional weeks of PTO and federal holidays. This NP role is not cookie-cutter, the intention is to grow and develop based on the NP's interests, passions and style. Role is daytime hours covering for established doctor who is stepping back.

Requires a FNP with 5 years' experience within a high acuity environment. RN hospital experience prior to NP certification ideal treating patients in the intensive care, wound care and chronic illness. Board-certification NP license in the State of New York required upon start. Has a successful rate of building respectful, and long-term relationships with patients. Commitment to patient advocacy and leading-edge, evidence-based medicine. Collaborative spirit with a willingness to support the staff and operation of the practice.

Compensation up to 195K base depending on years of experience with performance bonus. Benefits include PTO with additional religious and federal holidays, medical benefits stipend, cell phone, tablet and mileage reimbursement. CME of 1500.00 per year with licensure renewal fees paid.
